We are pleased to announce that two of our trainees will join nine other contestants from Now, Orchardville, and Dr B’s Kitchen in a Barista coffee making competition on 20th March at Johnson’s Coffee here in Lisburn.
The contestants have to make two cappuccinos and two espressos in just 10 minutes. The three judges will then mark them on technique, taste, hygiene and presentation.
