Stepping Stones NI had their annual teambuilding away day for trainees at Breckenhill Estate in August 2013. The day gave the trainees an opportunity to develop their team building skills and have a lot of fun, alongside the teams from Full Circle Management Solutions and Breckenhill Estate.
More than 40 trainees, staff and volunteers shot arrows, completed teambuilding challenges and traversed a mini climbing wall!
Upon returning from the away day Stephen, a Coffee Shop trainee commented: “Everyone had a great day, we gave the staff at Breckenhill a round of applause because we all had so much fun. The BBQ lunch was my favourite part!”
An action packed day was had by all and Employment and Training Manager Joanne Murray commented: “The team at Breckenhill gave us all a fabulous day away from traditional vocational training at Stepping Stones. Many of our clients and trainees had the opportunity to engage and develop in a different and challenging way, and loved every second. Everyone had a great day!”
