We are currently recruiting for a Services Manager and Vocational Support Worker to join our team. We support our clients through our four core services – Transitions, Youth, Training and Employment Services. Our services are inter-linked each providing one to one support to our clients. Our team help clients develop new skills, qualifications and secure paid employment.
We also operate six social enterprises that include four cafes, a wedding stationery business and a guild commended picture framing business. Each business services as a realistic training platform for our trainees with 100% of our customers money reinvested to support our work.
We are looking for a Services Manager to lead our four core services and help steer the development of the organisation as part of our senior management team. We are also looking for a Vocational Support Worker to help develop the skills and abilities of trainees within our Picture Framing social enterprise.
